How many free reports do I get?
Every new account gets 3 complimentary property reports to get started. There are no feature restrictions on free reports — you get the full analysis including roof assessment, vegetation analysis, perimeter evaluation, solar potential, and risk scoring.
How much do additional reports cost?
Reports cost 1 credit each, starting at $1 per credit. Credit bundles offer savings of up to 50%: Starter (5 credits, $4.99), Explorer (12 credits, $9.99), Investor (35 credits, $24.99), Pro (80 credits, $49.99), or Portfolio (200 credits, $99.99). Credits never expire.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
FlyBys uses Google Gemini AI to analyze satellite and street-level imagery from Google Maps. The analysis provides useful screening-level assessments, but it should not replace professional property inspections. Imagery may not reflect the most current property condition. Analysis accuracy varies by location based on Google Maps imagery availability and quality.
What data is included in a property report?
Each report includes an overall property score (0-100 with A-F grade), roof condition assessment, vegetation risk analysis, perimeter evaluation, solar potential data (from Google Solar API), opportunity flags (ADU potential, extension possibilities, drainage issues), and individual risk findings with severity ratings.
Do you store satellite or street view images?
No. Per Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, we do not cache or store any satellite or street-level imagery. Images are fetched transiently for AI analysis and immediately discarded. Only the structured analysis results (scores, text descriptions, risk assessments) are stored.
Can I analyze multiple properties at once?
Yes. FlyBys supports batch analysis. You can submit multiple addresses and receive push notifications as each analysis completes. This is ideal for investors screening multiple properties or property managers monitoring portfolios.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by emailing support@flybys.io. Account deletion is processed within 30 days and removes all your data permanently. See our account deletion page for full details.
What devices are supported?
FlyBys is available on iOS, Android, and the web. The app requires an internet connection for property analysis.
